Please read carefully before using the PitLogic app. This app is owned and operated by PitLogic, LLC (collectively “We”, “Us” or “Our”). By using the PitLogic App (“the App”), you signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right, at Our discretion to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Your continued use of this site following changes to these terms will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.

Your privacy while using the App is important to Us. As a part of the operation of the App, We gather certain types of information about users. We want you to know the types of information about users. We want you to know the types of information We gather and what we do with it.

Information We Collect

We collect three general types of information from users: (1) personal information that you specifically provide to the App (such as account name, and email address); (2) aggregate data (such as how the App is used, what you ask the App to do and how long it takes to be completed); and (3) your racing data you choose to store on the PitLogic Cloud for backup or send to Us and request Our review.

Personal Data

Personal Data is collected when users provide information to Us, for example in registering for a PitLogic account. When you register on the App we generally need you to provide a username, email address, and password. In addition, if you send Us personal correspondence such as e-mails or letters, We may collect such information into a file specific to you.

Aggregated Information and Usage Information

Aggregate information, such as which App features users access is collected through various methods. In the course of use the App, We also automatically track certain information about you. This information includes what type of device you are using the App on.

Racing Data

The App allows users to store and back up race car setups to the device and the PitLogic servers, this information will remain private to your user account and is only viewable by Us as you request it to be. Race car data can also be uploaded from the App by users to store securely on Our servers. This race car data remains only viewable by the user who uploads it unless the original user specifically requests otherwise.

Use of Cookies

The App does not use “cookies” to collect information we do not share usage information from users of the App with any third parties for advertising or any other purposes.

Use of Information Collected By Us

We use the personal, aggregated, and usage information We collect for multiple purposes. We may use the personal information collected from you for contacting you regarding usage of the App. We may use personal and aggregated information to improve the features and performance of the App.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE THE OPERATION OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS AND FUNCTIONS IN THIS APP IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
